Sunday
So far today has been good. Ron's surgery went very well yesterday. The doctors and nursing staff did a excellent job at updating the family post Ron's surgery. He is actually sitting up-right in his bed, but is still in ICU. Hopefully, they will have him in his own room by the middle of the week. He is currently enjoying chocolate milkshakes and chocolate pudding! Things are looking brighter this Sunday, and with the continuance of answered prayers we all will make is through this.

It is so good to hear that everything went so well! We continue to pray everyday for Ron as well as the Powell Family.
ReplyDeleteGod Bless!

"AMEN"!
ReplyDeleteRon, Tammy (Sally & Daisey), Dale, Rosemary, and Aunt Roselee,
ReplyDeletePatricia and I learned of Ron's accident yesterday while hiking high in the mountains. I never expected to have telephone service when the telephone rang and Loucinda told me what she had just read on facebook regarding Ron's accident. I had to pause as did Patricia when I told her. I am sorry that we took so long to respond. Please know that you are and remain in our thoughts and prayers. We are thrilled to learn that Ron's condition is improving. Regarding the painful and horrific moments you have experienced the last few days I am simply without words.
Please tell Ron that I knew his grandaddy Mack, his grandmother Roselee and his mom and dad long before he came along. With two sets of grand parents like the Crofts and Powells and his mom and dad he has been blessed by God with two strong generations of role models. I remember him as a young boy mowing grass in the community, the handsome, clean-cut young man he was in school, and how he worked his way to the top of his profession. As parents who were once children long ago, Patricia and I know how very proud all of you are of Ron.
Please also tell Ron that I said, "Son, get well soon because you have work to do!!!!!"
With kindest regards:
Lynn and Patricia

Ok, so Ron here are a few verses I saw today and thought you would like:
ReplyDelete"Everything is possible for him who believes (Mark 9:23)
"If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer." (Matthews 21:22)
"Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." (Mark 11:24)
Now, I found these verses at the end of a story I read about a little girl named Lizzie Gross. Google, "the healing testimony of Lizzie Gross." It is AWESOME!!!
I will see you late this week. I love you!
